Hi, may i ask did anyone had face audio stutter problem when rotating display on it ? Is it normal the volume down problem hard press,seem like the button sink compare with volume up and power button? thanks

anybody here face gallery issues ? when everytime open the stock gallery,browse the images nothing happen,but when browse movies folder with many movies stored,some of the thumbnail become green and wont show it and the device will freeze and force reboot itself? dun knw whether is software or hardware problem even after factory reset still same problems occur... the device is on stock 4.3 firmware..

Anyone get web ssl error when accessing asus website technical inquery or inbox now? thanks.

Had sent the device to service center dont know when will it be repaired,repair status dint update at all in site,email asus technical at first said 3-5 business days,already 13days past now email again said taking longer time maybe wating for parts... scared taking months to wait parts to arrive.. If i knew it wont sent it damn

I think inconvenient for me,im sending the device to outstation service center and using their local pick up service...The device had audio stutter,buzzling sound when in lowest volume, minor screen led bleedlight, volume down button sink inside compare with volume up, processor overheat ,camera had dots even in lighter place,multi touch when zoom in n out in webpage screen keep minor flick in small targeted area, flicker screen especially play video but sometime only... overall the device still useable.... dunno nid takes how long to get the device back damn unlucky
