easy stock up on Oats, Peanutbutter, WW bread, milk, some canned tuna, optimen (multivit), whey protein ( 1 scoop rm2.10 25g protein ). and this diet is easy no need cook but the cost is your main protein source is whey protein. and beside whey, in my conclusion is simply the cheapest and easiest protein source u could get. inb4 chicken breast taste is

ya sry OP forgot to include eggs (large egg 50g rm0.28 70cal 5g fat 6g protein) or if u need pure protein (large egg white only 18cal 3protein) < not worth bro methods of serving when u got time - dat fancy omelette when u no time - hard boil FTW when u are 10min late to class - DOWN IT RAW LIKE A MAN but still the taste is  edit : FYI (whey + peanut = casein ) ~> casein is irrelevant This post has been edited by zacharyseng: May 26 2013, 02:19 AM

fat / (slow) protein slows down digestion of carb / (fast) protein, not as effective as casein but still do fine eg: peanut + whey = casein lean meat = casein peanut + lean meat = idk what to say ever heard of carb's GI index become useless after complimenting with fat/protein? look up in google <
