I am browsing the map.. If work in KLCC drive from Elmia to KLCC need 35km.. *sweat*
Anyone know any new launch nearer to KL (ie 15-20km radius) landed property? |

Given a choice, will you buy thirstle groove in denai alam or wait for the elmina second phase? Assume both also afforadable.. I have been considering after visiting thristle groove but the thing is goona spend RM1.2m for a terrace.. Hmmmmm...
It is for own stay.. Elmina is closer to the highway right? Plus the sales person told me actually east elmina is more prosperous cause more shops and facilities such as school.. And the one launching in Jan is not east.. |
