BU 1953sqft only? i thought 20x88 can get better BU area, the car porch area must be big

anyone know whether in the master plan is there any big commercial project planned? the price is really on the steep side

sime darby really put a lot of effort in elmina landscaping, just wow at the scenery

The dotted green line should be Jalan Kuala Selangor? There will be a road going through Saujana Utama, Elmina West and Sungai Buloh Malay Reserve land? Am i right?

I think elmina is banking on DASH highway for property appreciation. When you drive around that area especially Guthrie highway, it's actually not really busy. Suitable for living but it's depend of each person preference. Some people like to stay in area which's very hectic

I think it will take some time since now the population around this area is too low

how about the integrated bus station in elmina? looking at how SD pull in LRT in putra height, this MRT will have higher percentage to materialize.

i think after 5-10 years, this area will have more people so if they plan now the timing is just nice

It's just a proposal, not yet confirmed one but MRT Line 1 already confirmed and under construction

hopefully SD can pull in Tesco to this area, if not the nearest Tesco is Ara damansara?
