Come on... what's wrong with national school? I have quite a number of Chinese friends who came out of national school that turned out as great people. We need to abolish all these race-based institution. We are Malaysians, are we not?

people just concern about chinese school, never raise sound about government school.

chinese school is not race-based school, many malay also study at chinese school and they have outstanding result as well.

we r in malaysia and have freedom, right?

personally think if you want to see a very good return, u need to survive for 8-10 years, or small profit like 50k per unit for short term.

actually u can refer to other new township transaction price from 2015 to 2016.

dont compare few years back liao, that one is like once in a blue moon.
