Just to share...My SA Kelvin rang me today to follow up on the execution of the Loan agreement. I told him I have sign the LO from the bank but still  waiting for the lawyer to prepare the loan agreement. Kelvin ask me to chase my lawyer for execution as SD is in the midst of keying in the 2% discount into the system for those buyers who have successfully executed loan agreement. So to all home owners here, pls rang you lawyer for immediate execution to avoid any hassle.
