If based on my opinion, it should be based on location of Bdr Kundang's title, if you mean our M Residence 2. That's why the banker said, big developer's selected projects only, surely based on location.

To be exact, it should be 1953 sq feet built up. The internal size of the standard 20x88 house, measures only 42.5" feet long, means leaves you a total 45.5" feet car porch and back for renovation and extension. Some corner with only built up 2044 sq ft, cost RM 850-880k.

The double frontage inter unit with 2,333 sq feet built up, the house's internal long is 54" feet, leaves the owner about measure-able 34" feet long for the car porch + terrace at the back.

It was sold out fast because only few units left for ballot, no?

The SD staffs seems have more allocation to buy Elmina than Nobat, Bdr Bukit Raja. And the price is very attractive for them not to ignore.

Subang Jaya or SS15 back then was really like a forest and super ulu place.

It took time to established and since 15 years ago, the accessibility is better with population slowly coming in, and booming after the colleges are in where the commercials kicked off easily.

If your uncle didn't sold the SS15 at RM 450k few years back, I think it can be sold at least RM 800k today. The house too old and the prices very crazy, anyhow, SS15 is very good location in the whole Subang Jaya included USJ.
