QUOTE(jarcmercier @ Jul 10 2014, 05:05 PM) Yup. Its all indv preference. IMO, as i have worn the 'old' EN, i loved it for the depth primarily which it was famed for & the many times more projection & sillage it possessed on my skin than the current version. No doubt its still 1 if the better vetiver scents but it has lost its sparks & identity. the best vetiver for me is still Guerlain Vetiver. If you really love vetiver, try Sel De Vetiver by the Different Company. That one is a very, very interesting vetiver

Everyone, please welcome the latest addition to my family:
When it came, i quickly unwrapped it and sprayed some to my wrist and my nose is sticking to my wrist right now. I cant stop sniffing it! it has a very harsh bandung/rose and anise in baby powder opening, before it tapers down to a sweet, soft, dark, gorgeous concoction of vanilla, balsams, iris and resins. Habit Rouge is lighter and brighter compared to Shalimar, who is dense and intense, like a mysterious woman who seduces and enthralls with her sense of mystery.
