I'm no sifu lah. Still a noob newbie compared to the big guns including attacus. Angie, leena and Joey also have much more experienced noses than mine biggrin.gif
Thanks! Tauer's isn't a fire that will burn a hole in our wallets biggrin.gif

Strawberrynet requested me to email a copy of a utility bill in recent 3 months for security check. Is this normal? Anyone has been requested the same?

Why so random? So far i never heard of such request from them. You can email them and ask why is there a need to do so.
*
They told me it was for security purpose.

I've read about it. Recently one of our members here received this kinda email too when she made a purchase with them but I never had one. Could it due to different address for shipping and credit card? I'd never give any personal info over the net.
*
Both my billing and shipping addresses are the same.

I know Malaysia is a high credit card fraud country but like what edward has rightly pointed out - why so random??

I had  to do that when i first bought from them also. That was  back in 2010. My further  purchases went without incident.

Joey, thanks for the insights. It seems that the security measurement that was practised previously has came into force again.

I have being disappointed further by our country. My last haul of Vetiver Fatal and tons of samples was detained by Unit Farmasi of Kastam and it caused me a big hoo haa to get my parcel released and was been warning by AVP of the department: you are not suppose to buy perfume online and get them shipped here, do you have a license to do so? if you say personal use, why is there so many small vials. i told her the samples are complimentary, she ask me where got so nice give u alot samples.. end up she gave me a one time clearance.. and threaten to confiscate my further order.

then i explain to her.. the site that provide shipping to malaysia for sure understand the rules and regulations of international shipping. then she show me the control drug act... i was like u wan tax then tax la... what for shit with me

when i go to pos laju's kastam to claim my parcel, it was been raped open and reseal poorly. i ask the officer why kena tahan, they explain random sample... i was like wtf then they say usually buy online no problem ge, they ask me do i buy from FragranceX lol.....

can anyone tell me why are we still stay here?
*
The problem with all the government servants is they construe the act as they like.

So after my email to SN asking them to cancel my order as I was reluctant to submit the additional information, they wrote back apologising and informing me they will proceed with my order.

Apparently SN is based in Hong Kong.....

Yes they are but their warehouse is in Sweden. You will receive your parcel from there.
*
Thanks for the information. It is quite interesting to know that the warehouse is located in Sweden. A lot of of companies have moved the entire supply chain to more affordable countries.
