Im in love with it already bro

SOTN - Lumiere Noire Pour Homme... lol already wasted 5 sprays on my both wrists and i cant stop smelling them...

It is a spicy rose scent... the spice focuses on cumin and cinnamon... patchouli here not dirty at all... i think i can understand why bro Izam so disappointed with this blend.

IMO this is way better than Rose 31, no kidding... breathtaking, so cohesively work together all the notes no one overpowering anyone here... KInda simple scent, abit on a soft side, feel airy at the same time ethereal...the scent is so mesmerise me until i can live with its flaw...

The rose is there... same construction as Rose 31 but overall journey diff smile.gif

bro attacusatlas, how much is this bottle in Isetan? i think i just found my signature d and pour femme as vday present if the price is right

sorry my review is short this time, coz i just dunno wat to say, how to describe... just spend EUr14 to order a set of 4x2ml from MFK website to try it out...

my only complaint why this is not marketed under JPG lol
*
Lumiere Noire is one of my many favorites as well. A full bottle of 70ml is around RM465. Wait for special promo, normally MFK will throw in some goodies like scented candle, retails at RM240.

Sotd - mfk oud... Damn it is nice it is smooth it is creamy it is sweet .....

The oud here doesnt has the animalic, skanky, medicinal and barnyard characteristic which make it a great plus for ppl like me tat cant stand fecal scent

This is epitome of metrosexual... If tom ford noir de noir is the mosr sensual frag, this my friend is the most beautiful scent for modern gentlemen

Subtle yet dense... Contemporary finely done... The saffron n elemi gave it a sweet buttery vibe blends wellwith the oud....

I remember if not mistake all his oud series are 70ml gold botol... Min price RM1180...

Why all the frag i hooked are so expensive......

Did 4 sprays and cover in a cloud of divine scent.... Another 10/10 scent

The Oud Mood collection are Parfum concentration so will be twice the price of normal EDPs.

I would say that MFK's oud is the best oud so far that resembles the actual oud oil the most.

Also its 30ml. most will only be sold in 4.5, 7 or 15ml so its actually quite cheap considering that Mitsouko Parfum 30ml costs around 1k+

MFK's Oud changes my perspective of Oud. And it is my SOTN for reunion dinner.

You should sample Pour le Soir by MFK.

Pour le soir ar? Will be in kl in two weeks time for valentine, will sniff out it.

Dunno why i found lnph is alluring with the spices n rose lol
*
Actually I was from Malacca to Nilai.

I think you already have it - Absolute Pour le Soir by MFK. It is meant for evening wear. There is another one meant for the day, Absolute Pour le Martin but the scent doesn't go well with me.

I've heard quite a bit about Absolute Pour le Soir that it's a challenging scent. I ordered a luckysccent decant of it for that reason.

*
I find the Absolute Pour le Martin is more challenging scent that the le Soir. I honestly think that le Soir will be your cup of tea. It is mine, and has been my signature evening scent.

Another perfume show off I've just posted at Fragrantica's Perfume Collection Show-Off. This time I only took it using natural afternoon lighting.

As an amber junkie this is my holy grail and my precious.

Nice photography skill. Mine sucks. Big time.

Really love to try on the Ambre Sultan one day. Someone commented it has similarity with the Absolute Pour le Soir.

Fb friends in sg shared d info... By a group of fragheads residing in sg lol

I mean the retail price is around 30% mark up than wat we see in online store

The price is S$250/$375 for 50 n 100ml... Le labo international is €125/€185 and €630 for 500ml flacon

Luckyscent 50ml $160 100ml $240
*
Oh you were referring to the retail price.

Yes it is about SGD250, and with about 4% GST (actual GST is 6% but after deducting all the admin bla bla bla fees you are getting back about 4%) refund at the airport, you are paying SGD240 for it, which is around Euro139 or USD183. I still find it to be 'reasonable' as if I were to order it online, I will pay slightly higher with international shipping inclusive. On top that, I get to sample the scents before buying and definitely be getting a few samples before leaving the outlet. It is about the whole shopping experience.

Well my wife surprised me with this on Valentine's Day:

She knew that i was a little disappointed for not being able to have a pit stop at NY due to the snow storm so she contacted her sister who is residing in Singapore to get me this. It was produced and bottled only yesterday.

Well, the thing is this bottle is still seated in Singapore. I will have to either wait for my in-law to fly back, or me flying down to bring this precious home.

Happy Valentine's Day and Chap Goh Meh everyone!

wow, they print your name on the label?

SOTD: Jo Loves A Shot of Thai Lime Over Mango
*
Yes. There are actually 3 unique selling points from Le Labo to enhance the customer shopping experience:
1. The perfume is produced and bottled in front of you. Took about 10 mins to do so for a 50ml.
2. They print your name, the actual date of purchase and from where/which store on the label.
3. They dont give out any sample - yeah this one is shitty, i know.......
