HI all,
I am a graduate in Electrical and Electronic. I have been working for 2 years already. My job scope is software base, using C programming. I would say, it is more to firmware engineering. The problem now is, if I want to move on, I do not know whether the skills I have now is sufficient for me or not.
What if I change field, back to hardware or production? Will my pay be cut down as well? Current salary is 3k plus.
Really doubtful about the my job scope here and also the needs of the current market.
Thanks.
What kind of firmware? Do you use Real-time O/S?? What kind of processors?? What kind of device do you do firmware on?? Do you know finite state machine??I am a graduate in Electrical and Electronic. This is a great area!!! If you are bored of doing stuff in your current company, you could always do firmware for something else. Nowaday, there are about 35 procesors in a car and they are putting processor in washing machines and so on..
