Details of the complaint : So I was buying both catherine and final fantasy 13-2 in my thread, Twinsy approached me saying that he is selling both game for RM 100. As I am not in a rush to buy it, so I try to nego with him and finally we agreed on RM 80 for both game. Without any suspicion (so dumb of me  doh.gif ), I transferred the money to the account given and the seller just went poof. I thought he just went offline so I leave him a message stating my contact details and address. Seeing that he din't reply me so I gave him another pm on the next day. I tried to watapps him on 5th of May with no luck of reaching him. Sensing something fishy is going on, I did a background research on him and found out that he was complained as FFKer before (refer to : https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/528591/+440?hl=Twinsy ). From there on, it was all in the watapps conversation (removed only my bank account and name). Long Story Short : It's been a week and  he did not send me the game nor refund me and keep dragging with all the lame excuses such as : no money, no time. Plain waste of my time for calling him for 42 times according to phone records lolx with only one time he picked up. By the way, he has some awesome attitudes if you don't mind going through the chat log.

Will update this thread with his pictures, name, bank account etc if he doesn't showed up smile.gif and maybe gonna file a police report if I am free smile.gif

Update 11-May-2013 : After spamming his facebook with my mule account, the guy freak out and seek for truce lolx...so he really did bank in RM 20 and blame me for can't wait ( i was like wtf? ), called me a kid who wants ice cream lolx ~ so called his mom and now waiting for it to sort out smile.gif

Update 11-May-2013 : So, after calling his mom, his "no money no time" instantly turn into "got money got time" and i got my full refund, nevertheless , this thread should serve as a warning to other LYN forumers, as this dude show no regret and he is most likely will search for another victim, another victims who may not be as lucky as me smile.gif if you wish to grab this dude's bank account and name do give me a pm ! smile.gif
