according to google staff, camera will be awesome this time brows.gif
32gb would still be a luxury i guess
*since they are pushing pple to use their cloud service
*since they can store our stuff and know what we like and interested in
*since it will benefit carriers with data plans
*since it will cut costs

physical camera button??
not going to happen..
*phone design had been sidelined since nexus s> gnex reduction of hwbuttons, just power and vol keys
*buttons spoils easily
*apple is patenting back/side touch screen for their products, meaning they dun nid physical buttons and the "buttons/touchscreen" can change functions on the fly

just wish better processor, screen, more ram, battery, optimisation, camera, design, speaker louder, better mic, more sensors, separate wifi chip!!!, and this time no USB port!, full utilization of pogo pins

imagine pogo pins snap on by magnets to connect power and data usb?
imagine faster transfer rates too

and lastly a nicer case and stronger screen
N4 case was nice but cracks
*

watching 1080p movies from cloud service will be a pain in the horseasss rclxub.gif
i'm an app fanatics, love to install many many apps just to try everything out..
rumors LG will be again in running for next Nexus..

It's not a problem actually. It's how MTP meant to work. Need reboot phone to see changes in files.

I'm not using MTP anymore. Now fast charge on 100% of the time.

Use FTP or OTG for file transfer.
*

ok isee.. sorry how do you actually FTP to phone?

why no ANDROID 4.3?? !! sad.gif disappointing althou that SGS4 is on pure nexus experience.. but a device with home button is not a nexus phone IMHO.

Overall, this time IO they concentrate more onto developer and slightly forgot about user... but i believe GOOGLE did this for some reason... Boost the developer quantity and quality... good apps and software is yet to come .. SOON....

and i believe also 4.3 will come out soon too... but maybe just a minor update... like from 4.1 to 4.2
*

good apps and software comes with high price hehe.. money for developers and google!!

Realized Nexus camera quality quite under par.. see on the Gallery seems ok, but once posted on Facebook and I see it on PC/laptop, the quality is ph34r.gif

Got root? No root? Bootloader unlocked?

Anyway, just do backup la biggrin.gif
Dual core is actually very sufficient for running Android. It's just not enough when running resource intensive apps.

doh.gif You can never compare a Nexus device to a non nexus device! Nexus device normally receives update on the day new android version is announced. Non-Nexus device, even if and only if the manufacturer is updating their devices, they're normally at least half year behind.

bootloader unlocked and rooted.. i need to unroot it??

oh screwed.. stuck at the X logo now
- Used the Android 4.3 zip file downloaded through OTA (yakju-JWR66V-from-.....zip) and flash using CWM.
- CWM shows error status 7.
- Followed this to remove all the 'assert' keyword from the zip file
http://highonandroid.com/android-roms/how-...rooted-android/
- Flash again, seems successful. next screen prompt 'flash stock recovery?' - NO. 'fix root?' - YES
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

now stuck at X.. haizz.. anyone knows how to fix?

Edit 1:
- Tried wipe dalvik and wipe cache in CWM, still in bootloop sad.gif
