I guess android 4.3 will be last version I stay with gnex. really hope the next phone is nexus 5. 3xxx mAh, snapdragon 800, 2GB, full HD and 13mp or greater camera.

*apple is patenting back/side touch screen for their products, meaning they dun nid physical buttons and the "buttons/touchscreen" can change functions on the fly

just wish better processor, screen, more ram, battery, optimisation, camera, design, speaker louder, better mic, more sensors, separate wifi chip!!!, and this time no USB port!, full utilization of pogo pins

imagine pogo pins snap on by magnets to connect power and data usb?
imagine faster transfer rates too

and lastly a nicer case and stronger screen
N4 case was nice but cracks

It's not a problem actually. It's how MTP meant to work. Need reboot phone to see changes in files.

I'm not using MTP anymore. Now fast charge on 100% of the time.

Use FTP or OTG for file transfer.

why no ANDROID 4.3?? !! disappointing althou that SGS4 is on pure nexus experience.. but a device with home button is not a nexus phone IMHO.

Overall, this time IO they concentrate more onto developer and slightly forgot about user... but i believe GOOGLE did this for some reason... Boost the developer quantity and quality... good apps and software is yet to come .. SOON....

and i believe also 4.3 will come out soon too... but maybe just a minor update... like from 4.1 to 4.2

Maybe u can try clear ur Google Service Framework apps data. After i did that for few time, then the next day i got the OTA d.

Dual core is actually very sufficient for running Android. It's just not enough when running resource intensive apps.

You can never compare a Nexus device to a non nexus device! Nexus device normally receives update on the day new android version is announced. Non-Nexus device, even if and only if the manufacturer is updating their devices, they're normally at least half year behind.
