tried, need to force uninstall my existing TALK in order to install the new Hangout App

maybe because my TALK is under system app

not much comment yet .. cuz just install havent put it into real action yet ..

the most awesome feature i feel is that synchronous alert notification, u read a msg in 1 device and that alert will go away in all your other devices

another thing is Hangout is cross platform/device compared to Talk ..

its just another messaging app tongue.gif

tried fancy kernel , performance is quite good ! idle also pretty good ! SOC no time to really test yet .. a bit bz with work lately ..

for PA, is there any configuration available for navigation bar ? would like to make it smaller (don't want to totally hide it) and maybe add a power off shortcut on it

Hmmm think my battery definitely showing signs of deteriorating, full charge from 1% to full in less than 1 an a half hour :-(

Used to be 2 hours ++

How long does yours takes to charge from empty to full without playing on the phone?? I remembered it was 2 hours ++ but now barely 1 and a half hour full liao ..

color settings is not tied to ROM, its tied to kernel. Once you use a custom kernel that allow color settings, u can set the colors no matter which rom you are using. You can use apps like trickster mod for the settings

Hmmm, PA having some lag issue when switch a few time between full screen n normal . after that swiping the launcher will become stuttering :-(

Anyone having same issue?

Looking for other ROMs to play now, any recommendations? I've tried pa, AOKP and ak47

Found the problem I think! ! Its the halo that causes the stuttering. Once halo is off, everything become smooth again

Looks like my previous assessment about the stuttering that I suffers on PA was wrong . it was not because of halo, its due to the systemui bug .. Sigh

Lags n stuttering will disappear once I restart systemUI .. Jialat la like this
