getril app, make sure it matches. (flash over stock will be not corect sometimes)

download gps test, sit nex to window with wifi then open app
in app check the option to store gps data for 1 week, (not the option to delete date and fetch erytime.
run the app and make sure u get 5-10 locks.
then leave it for a while and exit.

open google maps, without wifi/data
then let it lock.
it should lock in <20 sec.

stock gps can work, cuz im on stock.

My GPS if no data can take minutessss to lock. Once on data. Bang. Lock in 7~9 seconds.

Just now tested, with data within 3 second locked, even now raining. Haha.

Time to restore back my apps again.

Just flashed.

I've had extremely good battery life with R28, then I didn't try R28-tst versions. [Overall, not record breaking but I manage to make my phone last longer on a single charge with similar usage]

Now R29. Dev says better deepsleep. Let's see how it goes.

Btw... Now I had my location service (mobile/wifi) on. Was turning it off all the time because when I had it on, Google location service will drain lots of service. But what's weird is... It's not draining now. Then I'm thinking possibly it's Facebook that caused Google to keep on checking location service. I'm all good now!

R29, I have big hope on you. Don't disappoint me!

I'm pairing Fancy with Orca Bigfoot. Quite good for me.

And Btw...

I've been running Fancy R28 with -25mV UV for some time then go further to -50mV UV few days back. No random reboot, set max to 1.4GHz and ran Antutu without crashing/rebooting. Stable!

This kernel is really good for me at the time being. Something like a turbo boosted Lean having the best out of both world for battery life and performance. Probably got to do with hibernating of Facebook and Messenger.

FB and Line are my all time top battery sucker apps.
FB is also the biggest battery drainer for iOS. Read a report on that yesterday. Noob app developers they're having doh.gif
