Me. Sound quality is alright, nothing spectacular. It does the job just fine if you like jazz or classical music.

No it doesn't, you have to go with speakers that have dock connector to charge your iPod, like the iM7.

I used the edifier speaker for my IPOD 5G for 2 months (i can't remember the model but it's the cute litter 2.1 system with a long sub-woofer...you know..) and the sound is like .....normal 2.1 system!

Recently changed to the SonicGear A8...WOOWWW...rich and worm sound and the best is that the system is HD ready...means.the sound clarity is perfect and the bass is firm. The sound is better if you connect the optical cable via your CD player or DVD player...worth trying.

I got my set from LowYat for RM610.00.

To get optimum sound form IPOD with SonicGear A8, IMHO...convert the sound track into WAV or apple lossles...you will like it....

No one interested in getting the JBL creature? As recommended by ilounge.com .. price I believe cheaper than the rest but no charging.. I'm using Altec IM3.. though thinking of selling the unit and getting either a Klipsch iGroove or the Soundock.. the iPod HiFi pricing is on par with Klipsch iFi.. too expensive if u ask me..
