Eh? I just use ACDSee 3.2, thumbnails mode.

What I do is just have a digicam folder, which I sort out to a temp subfolder for downloading the pics, and then for processed pics i categorize them into respective folders, e.g. scenic, macro&closeups, general, girls, stupidmalaysians, people, kids&animals, events, and so on. It's easier to search for a particular pic too that way.

latest is acdsee pro 8.0 can view and edit RAW photo, dunno whehter canon 30D supported or not since it's so new.

one more thing cool about acdsee pro is that you can set for it to display certain EXIF data during slideshow like shutter speed, aperture ,etc

This in thumbnail mode. Free also. Wanted to use picasa, then no point since usually I take photos on a single subject/event.
Canon has that zoomex browser thing. Its quite handy too.

i use windows explorer to organise them.

via directories
smile.gif
1st would be year
2nd would be event/place
3rd would be the files
4th would be the top photos within that directory
