jaijay don't panic.. The so call "lag" that you observed was probably associated with the website that you're visiting. As mentioned by joytest the stock browser is already very good. Try for a couple more times with different websites.

any idea where I can download the modems?
Currently running on DLK7 and would like to check older versions if this could be a solution to my WiFi and 3G wakeups issue.
The older version is DLK5 ? rclxub.gif don't remember anymore

Looks like I'm getting better battery life with DLK5 modem.

Just go to page 1 and look for modem. The XDA link has a CWM flashable .zip file.
Just flash in recovery.
