Job Responsibilities:
-Complete store operational requirements including management of retail counters, stock cycle and supervision of sales staff
-Manage store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees and the level of in-store inventory, new products and visual merchandising.
-Maintain knowledge of the retail industry, including competitors, retail partner performance and consumer trends
-Ensure availability of merchandise and services by maintaining inventories
-Analyze operating and financial statements for profitability ratios
-Identify new counter opening and other co branding opportunities to increase sales
-Coordinate with suppliers; analysis of reports and ordering of stock
-Understand customer requirements and able to work long hours and on weekends & public holiday including nights if required.
Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
-Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-PC literate, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially microsoft excel
-Must possess own transport.
-Willing to travel
Working Hour :
Shift 1 : 9.30am-6.30pm
Shift 2 : 1.00pm-10.00pm
Shift 3 : 9.30am-10.00pm (Full Shift)
Part-Time Working arrangement :
Minimum commitment of 35 hours per week.

RM2,500-RM3,000 + Travel Allowance Claim + EPF + SOCSO
