Already sick of seeing my dad treating a 250k car like shiat. Send the car for car wash today and found that the paint is rough and lots of scratches and marks especially the front of the car. I did some polishing myself and wasn't pleased at all.

only the problem with VGM service to entertain customer..

I hv a problem with allignment and rear aircond vent clip was broken when I want to take the car.. the aircond, they will replace with new one.. but need to wait for 2 weeks.. I hv sent my car to vw glenmarie to do allignment and claim with my SA.

So I email my problem to VGM and CC the dealer and also SKMM.. I just want to make kecoh2 at VGM since I heard alot of negative feedback about them.. n yes, I agree with all the haters.. VGM in malaysia is bullshit.. they didnt know how to handle customer and situation properly..

I email ed to then on wednesday, didnt get any feedback. Then I call them, she said will give a response call by 48hours. 3 days already but no return call.. so on friday I call them again.. maki2 a bit..

I think VGM should been replace with other company to handle volkswagen in malaysia...

I heard that both have the same CC engine, but GTI is more powerful than Golf TSI right?

Why is the polo gti more powerful in terms of acceleration? Can someone explain in layman terms please?

Secondly, which is a better buy in your opinion?

My condo have those indian wash RM 50 per month for 3 times a week...i saw those Audi/BMW also let them wash..so i just let them wash haha...so far so good...but u r right..susah to jaga...if park outside 1 time...terus dirty d if near to MRT construction those.

I worry also at 1st, but after seeing some luxury cars let them wash, so i just let them wash also, so far very clean and no scratches. Maybe 1 or 2 month only sent to car wash shop for vacumm.

So far, any complaints about the Polo sedan?
Does anyone think it is a good buy?
