Okay thank you.

I don't wanna be big/bulk, just wanna be lean and fit.

So should i carry on with my cardio activities?

Since i'm allocating a day for legs, i won't have many days for cardio. Maybe just 1-2 days.

Should i keep it going or make it a rest day?

ps: Really wanna lose weight  rclxub.gif

not easy to be big/bulky to be honest

Cardio activities, yes you may but it depends.

I cycle but only because I love cycling, before this I only ran.

TS, if you want to lose weight its all about dieting, not cardio.
Cardio only aid it, but your diet need to be strict, count your maintenance and -200 per week, until you lose 1lbs PER WEEK. Maybe starting out you'll lose 2LBS per week but after awhile it'll stall and you should be going at 1Lls per week.. Also please work on your legs, squats+deadlifts, alot of people neglect legs in the gym, SUPER NICE CHEST + BICEP, leg like chicken leg.
