IT Specialist Level 1 & 2

Location: Midvalley
Working hours: 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:
• Managing systems and support Microsoft office,Windows & Windows Servers platforms.
• Able to identify server hardware and software related issues.
• Implementing and supporting Windows related system software or application
• Knowledge in LAN, WAN & etc
• Troubleshooting on all 1st level IT operation issues (software/hardware server issue) and liaise with the prospective vendor
• Escalate incident which are not able to solve to level 2 or 3.


Requirements:
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Information Technology / Post Graduate Diploma in Computer related
• Good verbal and written communication skill in English/Bahasa Malaysia
• With 2- 3 years of working experience in related field and have experience in IT Infrastructure is a must.
