hi, is anyone working there or work there b4?
just want to know their basic salary for new fresh graduate engineer. is it a good company for working?

i've been to their office. The people there look a lot like a group of robots, seems like a strict working environment, very quiet and business like. Not much warmth. But that's the back office, don't know department you'll be working in.

According to my friends who done their industrial training, the working environment at there isn't so pleasant. You need to work in shifts and the basic isn't high. The only best thing is that you can work as many OT as you like and you can claim for each OT hour you work. That will raise your basic to maybe at least RM 3k. Other than that, nothing is impressive being came out from their mouth.

Yes, according to my friend. They have several seniority levels for the engineers.

then do you know which department (RMA, NPI, Process and so on) is better for working? i mean no need OT all the time.
