Renting is always a good choice in Bolehland.
But at the same time, keeping cash Ringgit in hand is like keeping old news paper to me, unless you invest in foreign currency, gold or silver, otherwise paying installment for real estate is always better than FD in bank.

Got the invitation card from them, private preview this weekend @ bangsar.
What exactly the location. from the map location, it seems so near to the DreamCity..but behind dreamCity is the School...hmm..

It's actually further down the road from Dreamcity... u need to drive pass their show unit there.. i think pass the guard house also... then it's inside

Not only in Bolehland, man other countries is also facing similar problem, in fact I read one article saying why foreigners still buying our properties is because our price is still relatively cheaper.

yup, end of the day, richer get richer.

My relative bought a Semi D for RM1.0mil, 7-8 yrs ago, leasehold, now bare unit asking RM2.2mil.

Senja is very good products. Not very expensive also. Good location. Exclusive.

just that it is leasehold.

But this project is very very good after visited the place. Fantastic... Excellent concept and planing. 4 phase development n all landed. Have to say Beat any E&O, SDB, gamuda, eco world, ytl, uem sunrise and sp setia projects .. Their serai project at bangsar fully sold out d. This senja landed development seriously a Ultimate living experience. Very worth to visit. Just the whole landscape used more than rm100 mil... Kudo to them. After VP sure worth more than 2-3 mil above..

So being fully sold out means that its surely gonna appreciate very well upon VP? Is that the new rule of thumb for property investors? If thats the case, why is Twins Damansara 70% empty?

Are you actually surprised? Do you personally know of anybody who invested in property 7-8 years ago and lost money? If you buy and sell property during a bull market, you will make money. But what happens when you buy during the end of a bull market and sell during a bear market? hmm.gif

told u before lar. who is the developer of twins? do you know? is lion group..
very very bad workmanship. even lion group staff also admit it. u think those elite group will stay such badly done building even location is good.

Developer track record also very important. one menurung is good example of appreciation and is perfectly done by brdb. this senja and serai sure will be a hit. serai already a hit at bangsar. and fully sold out. but i stil prefer one menerung with vast landscape. among all brdb project senja is the best choice of landed props. this will beat all elite landed project.

You must be kidding me this project can beat gamuda eg (valencia or jade hill).

My first impression when i saw the guard house (an old fray guy who like just woke up from his slumber), the road passing thru some bungalows and then leading to senja show house, it reminds me of a very dated neglected taman.

I was passing thru to check out dream city condo.

The security going into the dreamcity area make my medium cost apt in damansara damai look more secure.

Yeah. Other developer maybe cannot beat. But this project is under brdb...highly possible can beat that. And also due to the past record. N if u visit their one menerung those landscape n material use seriously no kidding..like crafting master art piece. They may turn the area around after senja done. Let's c after 2-3 years. I believe in this project a lot. Worth the price.

Also The Australia international school just across n quite nice.

If BRDB really want to make this a hallmark success, they seriously need to take charge of the whole dreamcity area. Knowing they are only taking part of the land parcel, it will be tough.

Let's hope this dreamcity area don't remain as a dream. They really need to buck up on the surrounding areas.
