Auricom,i've registered for the tournament last week..the person in charge at the cc asked me to choose one out of the 3 weeks..i chosed week 2 but she still asked me to pay the rm35 registration fee

Auricom, just like aNgse said, is the FREE entrance fee true for Weeks 1, 2 and 3? Coz I have experienced the same thing as aNgse experienced: the person at in charge at the CC asked me to pay RM35, even though I chose to register for Week 1, which, according to you, should be free of charge.

Please clarify, and if it is true that Weeks 1, 2 & 3 can be joined free of charge, then, I WANT A REFUND!

You haven't answered my question yet Auricom - are you one of the people in charge of ESWC Malaysia? If you are, I think you REALLY need to clarify the real situation regarding preliminaries, registration fees, etc. to your staff at the CC, coz they don't really know what's happening...

week 4..charge RM35...32players.. take 5 winners..

OK, but what I don't get is, why I and aNgse were asked to pay RM35, even though we registered to play for the first 3 weeks??? Organisers, if you're reading this, please tell us the REAL situation, and if it is true that the first 3 weeks are free, we want a REFUND!

Bah, the organizers(those cc guy) know nothing.Last time i went there to register,i ask him(the cc guy) which week i should come.He himself dont know.2 days bfore, my friends registered.They got to pick which week they want to play but still have to pay.
This is not what id expected from a major tournament.WHAT THE HECK!! everytime you went there they give you different answer.

When i told him i want to register for ESWC,
he ask me; what game, FIFA?
me;nope, Pro Evolution Soccer.
He was like;huh?

First things first,

Week 1 to 3 prelims are free, with only 8 slots open.
Week 4, there are 32 slots, but has a registration fee of RM35/person.

Staff at the counter work for clutch gamers, not eswc and that they work shifts. So depending on what time you go over to cG, you may talk to a different person and that may or may not know about the proper registration procedures. cG is open 24 hours, so dont expect to see the same fellar man-ing the counter each time you visit.

In regards to your registration and/or refunds please contact either Kevin or Albert at cG and they will sort it out for you.

How the registration process will work is that each week there will be 8 slots on a first come first serve basis. Kindly register early to ensure your spot. If the slots for that particular week are filled, you'll be pushed to the next week's brackets, so on and so fourth. Also, please take note that registering for 1 week's prelim does not automatically mean that one is registering for all 3 week's prelims. If one fails to qualify, they must then re-register themselves for the following week's prelim, provided that there are still slots free.

Auricom, can you confirm to us what are the exact time that the National Finals on Saturday will start? And can you tell us when are we, participants of the National Finals, will have to report to Clutch Gamers? I saw at the ESWC Malaysia website that the draw for National Finals will be at 3 pm Saturday, so does that mean the games will only start after 3 pm?

I need to know because, if possible, I need to go somewhere first (before 3 pm) on that day, but I think I can make it back to Clutch Gamers before 3 pm. But please, can you confirm what is the exact time that we're supposed to be there?
