sorry dear.. courier choosen by forwarder    and i have asked them, they have 2 courier one is DEX-I one is cuckooexpress but both delivery also under ABX or Skynet    DEX-I even worst than cuckoo..they take too long to delivery.. so now only use cuckooexpress , forwarder informed when they send out the parcel in good condition, most properly wrecked during delivery

can request not repack, just now check with forwarder, they said if the didn't take out the box and +  ur toy and shuttlecock , 100% volumetric , so that's why they remove the box. 

if next time dear you don't want to repack pls inform earlier ya.. but for the shuttlecock it's very dangerous..i don't know how they can damage until like this...really sorry
