When you received your parcel, please please please check your parcel before you signed. If item missing please do not signed the parcel first, please take a picture of your parcel, the pic need to see all your items clearly, and please stated which item is missing in the consignment note. and also get the weight of your parcel and take a picture to shows the weight.Once your signed, means you confirmed receive full parcel.

I understand that you would like your quotations to be sent to you as soon as possible, so to help expedite things please give me the format as below, and classify by per seller not per type of items. This will help me check the sellers by site instead of returning to the same seller in the later part of the quote for a different item. There are also times my internet is a bit slow, which means opening the sellers site takes time.

a. Why the China postage stated is RMB 5.0 but your quote is RMB 10.0?


Also pls take note, the RMB 8.00 is for first kg price, the price will be change depends on the weight / Qty of your goods, unless seller stated that no matter how many kgs still same postage or free postage. Some clothing seller (especiall the price very cheap one ) they don't make profit on the clothing, they only make profit on the items, so their postage will be charge like 1 piece is 10 RMB, if you add 1 more piece, each piece + 2-5 RMB, so please take note about that.

b. When can i received my parcel? Is it after payment i can received it within 3-5 days?

3-5 days is from our warehouse to Malaysia. Not included seller’s shop /city to our warehouse. Seller is unable send directly from their shop to buyer’s house. And please understand that seller usually sent out the orders within 48 hours, our warehouse is in Canton, only the same city or nearby city can delivery by 1-2 days, other cities need to take 2-4 days to arrive warehouse. If buyer cannot accept or need it urgent, please DO NOT place order, Thanks.

c. *** Important *** Why the bill stated 2kg, you charge me 3kg??

If buyer received your parcel and the bill stated in 2kg, but i have charge you for 3kg, before you ask why pls check the below first:

If you orders packed by the box? If yes, there is a high chance it has been calculated by volumetric weight, pls get the dimension of your box and use below formula to calculate the weight to see if it’s over 2kg, if not , still below 2kg, pls inform me, i will ask forwarder to refund.

All weight that i quoted is only an estimation or best guess. Only when the goods arrive at the warehouse can I confirm the weight. This may mean additional shipping costs which you will be informed of as soon as I am made aware. Any overcharging of shipping costs will of course be refunded.

Weight is only calculated as whole numbers without decimals. Any weight with a decimal is carried forward to the next kg.
Eg:
2.0kg = 2kg
2.01kg=3kg
2.9kg = 3kg

For Volumetric weight:

so 3kg will be applied

Example 1：
Actual weight：1 kg
Dimension： 25cm*20cm*30cm
Volumetric weigh : = (25*20*30)/6000 = 2.5 kg

Example 2：
Actual weight：10 kg
Dimension： 25cm*20cm*30cm
Volumetric weigh: = (25*20*30)/6000 = 2.5 kg

* If volumetric weight are larger than the actual weight, in this cases volumetric weight will be applied.

so for Example 1, Air Freight charges will be 3kg ( 2.01-2.99 also consider 3kg)

so for Example 2, Air Freight charges will be 10kg


d. Why my parcel there is no update since xx, shows still in China? Why my parcel stuck in China for few days there is no udpate??

After the parcel sent out, the last scan point was in China, there is no chance to update the delivery details during delivery/custom clearance. only parcel done all the custom clearance and reached ABX warehouse then only will update the status. if without any update details. means still waiting for clearance.
