I have checked with forwarder the RM34 is tax is not clearance fees.

and all my quote is not included duty and tax. which i have stated in T&C.

Term & Condition:
Price stated is not included tax and duty.

when they asked you to pay for the Tax, they should give you few documents, one documents should be from custom and show the Tariff Code. that's Tax code.. and you get find the tax percentage in below link, coz 2 days ago have client have same issue which is he also never pay this before.
