Last week Digi sent a mass mailing to those of us who preordered black, saying they would update us this week on when we'll receive the phone we paid for so long ago.

But zero updates so far, and it's already Friday

Has anyone who preordered from Digi tried calling them to change your preorder from black to silver?

Such a screwed up customer experience.

I just called Digi. According to them, my black preorder is already with the Gdex courier, and they're just waiting for these guys to start delivering.

They were unable to give me the consignment number though, because Gdex has not yet updated their system. So my guess is these black units JUST only came in.

Either that, or the Digi customer service rep is talking out of her ass lol.

Dude are you even reading what people are saying here? Some already have their phones. Gardens has some ready stock. Please check facts before commenting.

That sucks. Another thing they told me is it's not possible to change from black to silver. Stuck.

If we still don't get our phones by early next week, do any Digi preorder victims want to gang up and make some sort of joint formal complaint?

Yup I got the same one. They claim it will come with the casing and a free extra HTC merchandise. Hopefully not a t-shirt lol.

Wait a few months... until the phone becomes less and less desirable, more and more common, and a new flagship model replaces it... then if it drops and scratches also most of us won't care
