Only 801S supports LTE while 801E is NON LTE version
Go and ask for replacement ?? . Anyway Digi has no LTE support yet

Strange - 801E is meant for Taiwanese market ?
*
But if doesn't support LTE why this option appear on my mobile data?

Digi does not have LTE yet, but the phone supports LTE, so even if u turn on the LTE, u wont get any LTE, might be able to scan maxis or celcom LTE but cannot register to it
*
but maybe in the future support LTE.. so i want to check first, my device can support LTE or not.

It's not about whether Digi support or not.  It's the model that he got, which is 801e which is not supposed to be able to support LTE at all.
*
Yes.
if 801e doesn't support LTE, why there is the option? LTE AUTO?

Try checking the unit IMEI and the box IMEI same?  AFAIK 801e is a Taiwan model only meant for Taiwan market.
*

*
