i got my phone on last friday(preorder from digi), everything is fine until today, i can't turn on the mobile data, it is digi problem or the phone problem? but i switch the simcard to my old phone, everything just works.

Hi guys, i've sent my phone to htc sc @ kelana jaya and requested to 1 to 1 exchange due to the phone unable to connect to data (service drop once turn on data)

however, i haven't register my imei at sis website and i heard that every new phone have 7 days to do so, should i do it while waiting for htc to respond?

the sim card is good on my old phone, and currently using it oso. and i tested with sim card from my fren also, same issue. but i have no simcard from other company to test with(just digi 1). the staff at service center did test with his own sim card as well
