after i communicate with maxis live chat, i still got plan tie with note 2 package for another 5 mths left, which i cannot change to htc one plan at the time remain.

the penantly RM500 will be fined if change to another plan during contact period  ...

Maxis Gardens no stock, they don't know when coming in also

I quite kiasu in this case, I wake up at 10 and read that they already have it. I walk in at 11.30am , at first they tell me dont have but after double check they have 5 units arrived last night.

I was the first buyer to buy it, before I leave at 1.40pm they have 1 unit left.

After pulling strings and being "kan cheong", I got the HTC One from Maxis KLCC this morning. So, I heard that around 3pm, the branch was down to 1 unit. Also, yeah - they only have 32GB Silver in limited stock.
Brightstar (distributor) should get a new batch of Black next week.
Celcom has limited stock, too. So, make sure you call before heading to the branch.
Good luck to you guys trying to get one. For me, woo hoo, I'm a new HTC One owner. Ok, now to buy case.

Mine is Britghtstar, 1 year as told by Maxis, but I haven't registered at SiS website yet.  I heard now only 1 year, no more 1 + 1.  Made in Taiwan, PVS#3, Sharp panel.
