I called SenQ Queensbay Mall, the sale guy said another 1 or 2 weeks more. WTF!
Got to cancel the pre-order and look for Brightstar set which coming on 17/05.

Hi all HTC One owner. As you may know, I bought one last night but suffer from dead pixels, so just to share my experience a little, maybe can help in future.

First off, turns out the Plaza Berjaya HTC service center is closed down already, so if want to send direct to SiS, have to go to their Kelana Jaya office straight. Need to take note the center only open weekdays, 9am to 6pm.

I went there during my lunch hour and got my faulty unit exchange 1-to-1 due to dead pixel (classified as DoA). Unfortunately, they don't have any ready stock on hand, so I have to wait three working days for my new unit. 

Luckily, they offer to send the new unit via courier for free to my house, so no need to go back there again. Overall, was rather pleasant and the lady at the counter was very courteous, so thankfully it was not as bad as I read some forumer comment yesterday in this thread.

Now just waiting for my phone to arrive on Monday (hopefully). Will update later

Ok. Seriously now. An hour after Maxis tells me no news yet, they released it on their website.
