Meaning when he's in 2300MHz area..he can only use 3G..right..?

Literally yes. The phone can only detects 1800/2600 freq. So if the phone can't detect that.. it will goes back to HSDPA/3G

haha, sory bro, abit confuse? perm root meaning is permanent root right? we need to flash the old firmware to unroot? am i right?
*
There is a way for noobie root which is this : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2183942

As I understand this is PERMANENT ROOT.. as stated there

If you do it the other way, which is unlock bootloader urself, etc.. u can then nandroid back the recovery and then flash back to original fw.

if you unlock your bootloader, which you need to if you are planning to use custom rom, the warranty will void.
once u unlocked bootloader, u can easily and freely can use custom rom or factory firmware
*
As I know, you can lock it back.

to relock, youll simply use the fastboot command fastboot oem lock

at this point your bootloader will say **relocked** instead of **unlocked** and it will remain so until you run an RUU that overwrites it.

re-locking your bootloader with a custom rom installed will give you a **security warning!** that will lock your phone into bootloader and not reboot(read: make unusable ) and remain that way until you run an ruu that is your current firmware or newer.

For those that being promised of X days stock availability or 1 week availability from SenQ and Sen Heng, please do not sit on it and wait.. as many preorders has not been fulfill yet. Most of the shops sell to walk in customer, so you gonna be proactive in chasing them or get it from other shops that has the stock.

SGP sent me a message 3 days ago asking me to test out the glass screen protector again for free, on the condition that i had the latest firmware installed with the fix for capacitive buttons, i can happily confirm that they work fine now with this protector. Hope this helps.

Hi,
We were informed by HTC that they have fixed home button and back button issues with their latest software upgrade which came out on 29th. If you have upgraded your phone already we were wondering whether you will be happy to test glass on your HTC device again for free?

Please let us know.
