Hello all sifus,

I have a secondhand Panasonic KX-TDA 100 Phone system which looks like this :


I have installed it properly and all the network works fine.

There are 2 problems that i faced right now :

1. I didn't manage to find the software (KX TDA 100/200 maintenance console) for version 2.0 and version 3.0, I only have version 1.0
  anyone that has it, mind to share it? or any links for me to download it for free?? Will really appreciated it if you share it out !

2. I do not have the system password
  Because i bought it secondhand and the person didn't tell me the system password, and now i can't access into it.
  The manual says if forgot the password then reset  the machine to factory default 
  how do i reset the KX-TDA 100 to factory default?
  anyone know how? please teachhhh T.T thankkk youu

and i don't know whether is this the correct group/ place i should post in? any other more specific technical support for this topic i can post on?

hello xploit machine,

i've reset my machine to factory default and connect my kx-tda 100 through USB cable, and i have tried set it to normal/system initialize mode and then log in.

password : 1234

I get invalid password when i set it to system initialize and log in,
and i get this (picture below) when i set it to normal mode and enter







password all i enter was 1234 but i still cannot access into the system,
any idea??

oh and btw, any idea how to find my suffix code for my machine??
