then u can use default password for the unit, I have the original installer disc .. but unfortunately its not with me now    a friend pinjam and never return till now

Hi Derrick. I'm having pretty much the same problem. I have downloaded the Unified Console but get an error when i try to connect it via usb to my KX-TDA100.

Do you have a link where i can get the KX-TDA100 maintenance console (similar to the one you have in you screenshots)?

I have a secondhand Panasonic KX-TDA 100 Phone system which looks like this :

I have installed it properly and all the network works fine.

There are 2 problems that i faced right now :

1. I didn't manage to find the software (KX TDA 100/200 maintenance console) for version 2.0 and version 3.0, I only have version 1.0
   anyone that has it, mind to share it? or any links for me to download it for free?? Will really appreciated it if you share it out !  

2. I do not have the system password
   Because i bought it secondhand and the person didn't tell me the system password, and now i can't access into it.
   The manual says if forgot the password then reset  the machine to factory default 
   how do i reset the KX-TDA 100 to factory default? 
   anyone know how? please teachhhh T.T thankkk youu 

and i don't know whether is this the correct group/ place i should post in? any other more specific technical support for this topic i can post on?

I am not so sure if this is the latest version i've got but rest assured this can answer your needs.
I downloaded these files from the net also, therefore all the credits must go to them since i do not owned these.
I'm still learning this program also, so i just want to help myself and everybody.

p.s.: the key included is safe and no virus at all. just exclude this one from your antivirus so u can use it, otherwise i guess you can still use the software without entering the key (haven't tried).
