if not rb is not that good & i dont think it is fit for master either, u need at least RB fsemp type. its fire pow by default is amount the weakest one ...something like bird, but bird has def-20 debuff. so it is still good.

I just noticed, its a Hoarfrost Phoenix... comes with QS, Revive and Water+3. Fire should be the Phoenix?
