I went there last year and when I saw AA offer the free tix I immediately snap them up to Bali. But last time I bought the goholiday package which comes with hotel and this time I didn't. Is it cheaper to book hotels now? Or closer to the holiday date?

Also, what places in Ubud do you recommend to stay? Anything interesting in the North of Bali? I have seen already Kuta, Sanur, Uluwatu, Tanah Lot and Begedul but looking for something different this time.

ANybody been to see the dolphins at lovina? In your opinion is it worth it to see? I'm planning to head there from Ubud. But can't seem to find much info online.

I'm planning to stay in nusa dua....what do you think are the best hotels there with decent prices? I've looked at melia but some say its not very nice.
Anyone been to any hotels in nusa dua? Last time i stayed in kuta and sanur so want a different experience this trip..thnx!

I know most ppl have stayed in Kuta, seminyak n legian area n i know the water is good fr surfing n when i was there it was a nice blue.

Has anyone stayed in Nusa Dua? I'm having difficulty in making a decision about hotels. I'm looking at some hotels along the touristy area of Nusa Dua, ie Melia, Westin, but also quite interested at Nikko Hotel which seems quite alone. Has anyone stayed at Nusa Dua n can enlighten me on the area? I've heard Nikko Hotel has the best views, but not necessarily the best rooms. And it is quite far from town.
