Hi.. I'm thinking of buying the 1097sqft service apt facing forest. RM497k before 10% discount. Currently renting at Bdr Teknologi Kajang, Hillpark phase 2 developed by MKH. They currently opening booth at Giant Kajang. Most of unit facing pool are sold. For unit facing forest, 80% of type A sold & 40% type B sold.
Location wise I think it is really OK - close to LEKAS. However if u come from KL, need to make a U-turn which u will caught in traffic jam.
Billion/Mydin are 5mins. Tesco/giant kajang are within 15mins drive. U wanna go to Mines/Jusco Balakong can use SILK highway. Access to KL within 30mins drive using grand saga. Access to KLIA can use Jalan Bangi Lama-PLUS-ELITE. Hospital KPJ within 20mins drive.
Should I proceed? Maybe going to pay 5k depo today.

Anyone manage to get 5k deposit back? I signed spa with lawyer a month ago, but until now no news. Asked salesman he said developer asked to wait....???
