Went there on Sunday. The mockup unit seems like completed from outside but nobody there & main door chain locked.

No new traffic light. Normally I just make U turn in front VW. Now they put that orange flexible pole barricades along the road in front VW. Need to go further after VW to make U turn.

My sales agent told me that there will be a dedicated traffic light to enter Kiara Plaza when the project complete. Dunno whether he's bluffing or not.

They can check for you on the spot because that is their SOP answer for every call. My time when asking for booking refund somewhere in Jan-Feb, their SOP is asking for your unit no. & mobile no. so that they can call you later. Which never happened. During 1 call, I did asked the name, she mentioned some indian name. After I raged on the phone then only the lady check my refund for real & informed that my deposit actually can be collected a month ago...i mean A MONTH ago...I was like WTFFFF nobody informed me anything & everytime I call said wait we call back wait we call back wait we call back. When I went to their office later straight to upstair, asked for that name because I want to thank her & the lady upstairs said "here got Indian???"

Btw, any update on mockup unit? Anybody visited?

I received sms from Maybank saying another disbursement has been made but haven't receive letter from the lawyer yet for the detail. This is 2nd disbursement for me.

They all like that la...cocking here & there. I remember somebody in this forum told that we get the plaster ceiling. I went there to clarify, met with 1 MILF saleswoman there. She said you will normal ceiling la with lighting point but plaster ceiling wont be included lah....
