This is not the first time ! I faced that a few times. Even I voiced out complaints regarding certain bank bad customer service experience, it got deleted as well.

I believe this forum / sub-boards are for all the people to share experience and things. But having to delete off, it's ridiculous. Might as well just close the discussion board.

Just my 2cent. Moderator at least should PM if he / she find the post offensive then we as a poster will at least modify it.
