This is only suitable for first original firmware ( XXUAMDE) and not for the updated firmware thereafter. The newer firmware you must use ADam kernel to flash ( Odin in PC)

How can you be a noob since you have done rooting before and have used several android phones before
Problem is you never or read properly first before you root

Our TS needs to be pushed to update stuffs. I think he doesn't own the phone yet and so not so active in updating. Depend on yourself and google for solution instead
If you have read the link, you would know you can use CWM to flash his CWM version which includes the FS modules already

Adfree and adsaway is now no longer available on Playstore due to some of their violations on Google requirements - you can google the reasons for this. No point elaborating here
Most apps can be disabled safely except core apps such as contact, address, calendar. You can even disable touchwiz ( make sure you have alternative launcher installed first) . If the core app cannot be disabled, you just cannot do it
Any of the default stuffs which I dont use - i uninstall or disable it
Since you are now rooted, do a nandroid backup first before disabling or uninstalling any default stuffs just for security sake

On what basis you conclude this ??
Many of S4 users are seasoned S2,S3 and some Note users already. You wont see much discussion from them already

Those having camera reboot problems i noted mainly on newer or updated firmware. I suggest you guys flash to first firmware UAMDE. Download from sammobile.com
Use Odin in PC to flash n your data will remain
If rooted use Mobile Odin n select everroot to maintain root
Till now already 20+ days I have yet to face such issues as I m still on first firmware

Flash the very first firmware NOT latest firmware

Download this firmware from sammobile.com/firmware:

Malaysia 2013 April 4.2.2 I9500XXUAMDE I9500OLBAMDC

Extract this zip file to get the final tar file and copy it to your PC

Download following files ( go and google for it)

1. Samsung USB phone drivers
2. Odin any version 1.85, or 1.87 or 3.02

Install phone drivers in PC
Boot phone to download mode ( Vol down+power+home follow by vol up till you see downloading mode)
Connect phone to PC
Launch Odin - you will see phone detected and a yellow box showing COM number shown
Select the tar file as PDA and leave the rest untouch. Select START and the rom will be flash. Wait for it to complete an phone successfully reboot than only disconnect from PC

P/S : Disable all anti virus in PC n ensure KIES is not running. Make sure phone is at least 50% charge

That is the standard method to flash official roms on ALL Samsung phones/tablets
Apparently I noted those users who updated their firmware to UAMDL or phone that came with UAMDL faces the camera rebooting problem. That is why I recommend such users try flash back to first firmware UAMDE
Or just sent in phone to service center to reflash it - is free and take 1-2 hours only.

S4 fans will rejoice but sadly I beg to disagree on this finding
