Well, it is a very subjective topic. I have always said, to each his own.

Pray tell, what are the problems in relation to the Multi SIM, vis-a-vis LTE with Maxis?

1. The difference may not be significant but worth considering.
2. Sometimes because a data plan is required and hence buying through the telco is the way to go.
3. Getting it through the telco will guarantee its authencity(for those who just cannot tell).

I know what is multi SIM and how it works. But I am surprised it does not work asymmetrically with the gadgets you use it in.

After all, you pay for the extra card. And that is to use the data(3g) and if that can be used, why not LTE? Knowing Maxis, they are now thinking of ways to dig into their consumers' pockets more. And that's Maxis for you.

Well, like in many other cases, they have got you by the b*lls due to the unlimited plan which you are unwilling to give up and I suppose, rightly so. And there is where Maxis knows where to capitalize on.

That's 3 words. You should expect that for a popular gadget.
