Maybe some chips(like the power bus) in mobo goes wrong ady |

anyone got problem on screen before? square square when open folder or nvidia configuration but when in safe mode nothing happen.

If u hv two gpu cards. No dvd drive. How to play games which need the disc? Use daemon tools?

hi lenovo owners, i wanna get some info about this brand, since its spec is good for its price. How is the heat/ ventilation of these laptops?
from my own experience, external coolers won't help much if the laptop's own ventilation is bad. Thanks.

Even my Y480 can keep at 7X-80 degree without cooler pad when long time heavy gaming (NFS Most Wanted 2012) The cooler pad just help to speed up the air flow.... |

As bad as Y580's thermal design, still better than average laptops... and my first laptops I've owned that has pretty good differences with external coolers, might not be much but for laptops, it pretty good.. Since Y500, the thermal design has improved so much... |

Some china guy posted pictures and claimed that he got the test unit of the new Y410 which will be the upgrade version for Y400. I think Y500 might have a upgrade version too, soon. |
