Since Ergo can connect to power supply, the fan's faster!

I'm looking for an affordable gaming laptop and I like to choose between y410p or y500 since y510p haven't reached yet.

I read some reviews which said that haswell does not improve a lot compared to ivy bridge and is more focused on power efficiency only. The y500's display obviously better than y410p. Other than that the gpu and ram are the same.

I'm not pro in these things, just purely looking for a laptop that provides nice gaming experience. Any advises? Thx

no experience, but if my nephew experience, it is , he bought new mobo and overclock it..then smoke came out from his pc casing, we hurriedly shutdown..when turn on the pc, it cant boot...but we feel relief cause still has warranty and they replace new one

just tried crysis 3 on single 750m. at FHD it is unplayable. 10-20 fps. only get decent framerates of 30 fps if i changed resolution t 1366x 768 which makes the picture really bad.

anyone tried crysis 3 on SLI?

I guess, if you ask the shop to do it for you no warranty will be voided unless they tells you differently... but I dont think it will void if you ask the shop to do it for you, especially if it's the lenovo service center/concept store
