QUOTE(tifosi @ Jun 3 2014, 05:36 PM) Actually what's the root cause of the mosquitos around the area? Cannot be the pond since there are fishes in it. Quite possibly its the rainwater tanks that's breeding these mosquitoes. The management mentioned that better empty it once in a while. MSBA can fine us owners should they discover breeding grounds in these tanks. I was like.. wtf for we have these stupid things? It's causing more trouble than solving it. |

QUOTE(rmohamma @ Jul 5 2014, 10:02 AM) HiRedlyfs....could share your contractor contact that do only MYR 500.00 to cover the hole inside the house Actually they only provide workmanship. I bought the sand and tiles, if still interested I'll try find the contact/address for the material sellers and the workers. Workmanship RM350 , materials approx RM150This post has been edited by redlyfs: Jul 5 2014, 02:43 PM |

I drilled the toilets for fixtures but seems like a lot of tiles are hollow behind. Is it just bad workmanship or am I doing something wrong? Newbie driller

QUOTE(rmohamma @ Jul 5 2014, 05:26 PM) QUOTE(jess7 @ Jul 5 2014, 10:34 PM) definitely bad workmanship from ken, Someway or another I managed to workaround it, but it's such a hassle. There's a couple holes cranked and sank immediately when I started punching the tiles. So far nothing major that needs reportingmy common bathroom wall tiles all fell out when contractor came to fix long crack at walkway to back rooms, made them fix the whole bathroom. |

QUOTE(thomas_dotcom @ Jul 7 2014, 12:55 PM) The hole is not deep. I dug it in hopes I might actually plant a small bush but the soil is only 1 feet deep or less before hitting concrete. I just dumped sand and did a cement layer before tiling. Hopefully there's no issues in future |

QUOTE(crazynuts @ Aug 24 2014, 05:05 PM) Very irresponsible statement/request by Mr Wong to get Felix to initiate residents patrol. I think his explanation have some merit and not just merely pushing off responsibilities. Additionally I find the staff's proficiency and services received are acceptable; whether if they're explaining loan processes or processing defects. Perhaps in your case too yong sui dSad to see representative of an organisation challenging their customers.I just booked a condo unit. Sales staff were unprepared, untrained and ill-equipped to talk to customers. I won't explain further. Go and see for yourself. I think this company really lacks a customer service culture. Only reason I placed a booking is because I see potential in this location. Hope I made the right choice.. |

QUOTE(yoong81 @ Oct 27 2014, 05:26 PM) hi, is there any reason u choose ken rimba over subang jaya? Summit Jam. "Nuff said" if u work in MV, wouldn't subang be much nearer? n also u don need to pay toll, n jam at the toll.. I used to stay in USJ and worked in Sunway Uni. The traffic is horrible, it's always jammed from around 7 onward and all the way till night. My journey should have been 5 minutes drive but it takes an hour to reach work. In the end I just cycled cause it's faster, and when it rains I'm even more thankful for my bicycle because it'll worsen the traffic even more so. |

QUOTE(stevenkkt @ Nov 10 2014, 10:19 AM) Yeah, today I left home to work later than I usually did and to my surprise the jam was not as bad as I expected. I left home at 753am, by 835pm I already reached my office in Cyberjaya via Federal H/Way then ELITE. The was not much traffic at the Puspakom. Federal was smooth but It was not fast but at acceptable speed at that time. Was about 70km/h from Shell Petrol Station to Persiaran Kayangan. Then it was slowing down gradually to about 40km/h till Batu Tiga ELITE entrance, with some pulse in between but was not very bad. Once I reached ELITE it was all the way 90km/h to 110km/h. I'm happy with this actually. It took you over 12hours to reach office. That's hardcore bro |

There's also a new wild dog taking up residence. I usually goes jogging at night and this feral little shit keeps on barking madly whenever I'm in the vicinity. He's usually hanging out with 16/21a's house dog. Be careful u guys.
