Got another 1521 sqft unit sold just now during CIMB Mega Night Auction.
Sold single bidder won unchallenged at reserve price at 437.4k.
Decide to grab now before the price drop below 400k. Avoid bidding fight.

Update for Cristal Serin.
Title issued out by the developer.
Same developer as Serin Residency, disallow direct transfer to new purchaser.

So buying from lelong required double transfer process. Window of opportunity is officially closed here.

Why some dev allow direct transfer and some dont?
I assume is it because title has been issued, thus dev dont want to bear the cost of transfer again?

So what is the additional cost? The stamp Duty for the original s&p? What was the original s&p price ?

Also will the law firm charge fees twice ?
