This is an eye opener for me. I never thought there would be people buying this many units in a same residential condo. What were these people thinking? And how on earth did the bank accepted to loan them such sums in the first place (I guess they took loans since their units have unpaid maintenance fees and are going for auctions -if bought cash, surely they could have afforded them)?

Well, I guess that means there's some bargains to grab for the rest of us now biggrin.gif
