Need time to sort them out and fill in the "missing" issues from other sellers - this would take some time to "complete"

Sharing a rare piece from CTC.... enjoy  icon_rolleyes.gif

Snagged this Fabbri twins from ebay with okay price. Comparative to the T-72M1 in our local The Combat Tank Collection issue #20, the later is better in terms of details, and pricewise, it is half as compared to Fabbri.

Here's the rest of the pieces - this LOCAL series completed - next phase is the UK pieces (which could take a long while to collect as some issues hard to get now.... sad.gif )

It has stop for quite a while now, but I would like it to continue sad.gif

Hence the non Amercom/DeAgostini post of mine as a filler to the tank collections.

More or less. dm101 is hunting the oversea collections, I'm just adding in more modern Russian armors into my collections, from any manufacturer.

I don't think any more such Tank magazines would be released in the future anymore. Even the overseas CTC most models already out of stock and would, in my view, never be produced again.

They are bulk manufacture i.e. maybe in 10,000 pieces and not produced again. If you are in this price range your choices are...

You could try AMERCOM range. However...

DeAgostini tanks are still many notches up better than AMERCOM. Some AMERCOM tanks or vehicles don't come painted or partly painted shakehead.gif

AMERCOM models are available at quite value buy $ in TaoBao but also some good models already out of stock there.

There is also another brand of models made for Russian market (as the wordings in the packaging are in Russian) - packing looks like AMERCOM but the quality is a notch better than AMERCOM. They quite match DeAgostini tanks in quality too.

FABBRI models lacks details and quite expensive. This brand has the tank wheels "welded" together which I don't quite like. However they have T-26, BT-5, T-38 tanks not available by other manufacturers.

Amercom, as stated by dm101, is not really the best, but they do have Obj 279 and A39 Tortoise.

Eaglemoss and Fabbri are more or less interchangable. This applies to Altaya and IXO too. The former does lack in detail department, but they do produce some items not manufactured by others.

DeAgostini Japan is quite unique in terms of packaging and quality. A proper bang for the bucks from my POV.

Force of Valor is more or less towards toy since they do have rolling threads. Detailing is rather toylike too, IMO.

Easy Model is ready made ones from Trumpeter/Hobby Boss.

Zvezda, a Russian kit manufacturer, has recently produced two ready made ones, T-90S (depending on which publication you read, interchangable with T-90A) and TOS-1A.

Some others are like Blitz72 (I do believe they are made for European market) and is somewhat similar to Warmaster in terms of what they have to offer in quality department (better than average). Both comes in display case covered in paper box.

Panzerstahl is rather expensive for their resin range, fetching up to MYR 300 easily in ebay. Topup (for the lack of knowledge) is the official manufacturer for tanks in WoT, having 3 (for now) in their range of products, namely IS-7, T-57 and WZ-111, all of which, only IS-7 is available elsewhere (Panzerstahl, albeit with higher price).

check with my friend, and he stated that the T-18 is rather pricy in ebay, Mark V is ridiculously priced, and he would need the info on pre-WWII armored vehicles that you wanted.

but then again, these are the findings in ebay, he can't find such in taobao.

Total of Tiger family that i have is 2 platoon. Hopefully will have a company of tiger for me to play laugh.gif

For rough use / play I will buy Easy model since they are kinda cheap.

DeAgostini vs Easy Model, I prefer DeAgostini so i keep all mine in their box except those that I bought extra tongue.gif

user posted image

but if DeAgostini vs Eaglemoss, i prefer Eaglemoss since their paint are more kapoww but I hate the scale and their price. Only bought a selection of it.

Would ruin the party
