We are an IT Services company located in PJ and is seeking interested candidate to join our client, a multinational IT vendor in PJ for the position advertised. Our clients ranging from MNC to local Enterprise companies where professionalism & quality in services is our key winning proposition.
Role: IT Helpdesk Analyst
· respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
· diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
· research questions using available information resources
· advise user on appropriate action
· follow standard help desk procedures
· log all help desk interactions
· administer help desk software
· redirect problems to appropriate resource
· identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
· track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
· prepare activity reports
· stay current with system information, changes and updates
Remuneration:
RM1500 - RM2500 per month
Mon-Fri, 8:30AM to 6:00PM (NO SHIFT)
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent. Job role in IT Support/Helpdesk or equivalent.
-Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
-Excellent attitude and a team player.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
-Possess good communication skills
-Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
